All you need to build your own 1:38 scale model of a Volkswagen Bus is a little skilled labor and some adhesive!
The kit, currently selling for $20.00 at WaterMonkey.com is pre-painted in authentic Volkswagen colors and contains the following:
• Die cast metal body with opening doors
• Pull-back drive unit that tops out at 0-60cm in 3.4 seconds!
• injection molded plastic interior
• real rubber tires on authentic VW wheels
• assembly bolts, small screwdriver and full instructions
• available in blue or red
Note: Only suitable for ages 8 and up due to the small parts contained in the kit.

Talk about great service! I only ordered the Welsh Dragon Volkswagen Bus Wall Clock on Monday afternoon; the mail man just arrived (Friday afternoon) and guess what he delivered all the way from the UK? The Welsh Dragon VW Bus Clock….
I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The clock was very well packaged and looks just as good in person as it does online and at £8.50 (approx. $17.00) exclusive of VAT outside the EU it’s a bargain!
If this were an eBay sale I’d be heading over to their site to leave positive feedback for the product and the service received. Unfortunately I can’t do that so hopefully this blog post will help spread the word about Signs-Unique and their great range of products.

Found a great web site recently called Calamity Creations that sell original art, prints on paper and canvas, calendars and greeting cards featuring Volkswagen Splittie and Bay Window Buses.
Pictured above is one of my favorites “Desert Island Bus” which is a digital print on textured watercolor paper available in 4 sizes. The selection of products is fantastic with the Split Screen and Bay Campervan images being the most successful part of the Calamity Creations art range.

Came across this very cool Volkswagen Bus wall clock the other day which features the colors of the Welsh Flag and of course the passant Red Dragon.
The clock is approximately 11″ x 7″ (27cm x 18cm) and made of wood fiber with laminate surface. Priced at just £9.99 inclusive of VAT within the EU and £8.50 exclusive of VAT outside the EU, the clock is a bargain. It didn’t take me long to snap one up and pay via PayPal — don’t you just love sites that accept PayPal as an alternative to regular credit cards?
Signs-Unique also stock a large range of other Volkswagen items, including a Welsh Dragon VW Bus Wall Plaque and fridge magnet. Very nice!
